Dear Poquoson Primary School Families, 

Welcome to Poquoson Primary School! For those of you who are new to Poquoson Primary School, we want you to know that you are coming to an amazing place. Our teachers and staff are a dedicated team who are working hard to meet the academic and social-emotional needs of our city’s youngest learners. We are a collaborative and passionate group of people who take learning seriously, but who also know we must put forth equal effort into making personal connections to help our students succeed. 

We look forward to the opportunity to get to know all of our students and families, and to engage our community in the education of our children. We believe in communication, honesty, and building strong relationships between home and school as key factors in supporting student growth and increasing student achievement.
